This one bedroom Sunbird Waterfront condo with new furniture and appliances is the perfect getaway from our busy life. It sleeps comfortably 2 adults and 2 adults or 3-4 children. Come, relax and enjoy the white sand and the great sunsets on the eighth floor (unit 810 East) of the Sunbird condominiums. Been on the eighth floor you don’t hear much from the pool area but you can hear the waves and see the Beach.
Our unit has new appliances in the kitchen and is well maintained. The whole unit is decorated on a beach motif! There is wall to wall tile thought so you can relax and enjoy the condo without warring about stains. Make yourself at home!
The Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress system so you can really rest in comfort. For your viewing pleasure the master bedroom is equipped with a 26" LCD TV, and DVD/VCR player. If you ever sleep on a Tempur-Pedic bed the next morning you fell like a new person
The living room has two queen sofa beds, a dinning table with 4 chairs and for entertainment a 37" LCD TV and DVD/VCR Player. Cable is available with about 100 channels selection. The window covering give complete privacy to the unit. There is a computer for your use in the living room that is connected to the internet. Wired and wireless internet is available in the condo but also throughout the complex.
The kitchen is fully equipped so after a sort trip to Wall-Mart only a block away you can cook anything you like. Or if you like you can walk to Pineapple Willie's next door and enjoy their world famous ribs...
There are 288 Sunbird condos and are individually owned. Depending on the owner, condos are in deferent condition. Look at the pictures and compare. Ask a lot of questions. The complex is gated and has a camera surveillance system. In very sort distance guest can enjoy go-karts, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, visit with dolphins or have dinner at famous restaurants like Captain Andersons, Pineaple Wille’s and others. The Sunbird complex is about 10 miles from the Panama city International airport.
On the Sunbird complex the guests have access to tennis, beach chairs and umbrellas, 3 pools (1 heated) and easily can enjoy a walk on the beach only 50 feet from the main pool!
We don’t rent our condo through any rental programs, we want to know you and we want you to know us. We want you to enjoy your stay so you can come back! After you stayed with us you are part of the family!
A $200 refundable security deposit is required for reservations with cleaning fee of $65.00. The resort will charge a $15 resort parking fee per stay.
